Learn to Run

Our program is a walk/jog format and will run for 10 weeks. By the end, you should be able to run for 30 minutes. Once signed up, we will provide you with the outlined plan. Sign up in store today.

Run Stronger

When: Tuesdays

Time: 6 PM

Distance: Track Exercises

Where: Meet at our store

Who: Experienced

Designed for athletes looking to increase their speed and improve their form. The exercises in this group are set up as track workouts that include dynamic warm-ups and running drills. Participants are split into two groups, based on running experience.

Build Up to 10K

When: Tuesdays

Time: 6 PM

Distance: 10 KM

Where: Meet at our store

Who: Intermediate

Our 10K program is designed for runners with some experience who are ready to take their running to the next level. Participants should be comfortable running 30 minutes before starting. Over 10 weeks, the plan transitions from a mix of run/walk intervals to sustained runs up to 60 minutes.

Trail Running

When: Thursdays

Time: 6:30 PM

Distance: 6 KM

Where: Watt Creek Trail Head

If you are new to romping about the woods, would like to experience some new trails, or connect with other runners, then this group is for you. Keep an eye out on our social media platforms for weekly updates. We explore a wide variety of trails throughout the valley.
